The naming of this beach is so 'tragedy' originated from so often residents catching lovers pairing love around the bushes that grow along this coastline.
Even every Friday night, not a few husband and wife accidentally went to Selingkuh Beach to combine love to deal with the conditions of their settlements that were so crowded, narrow and barely having privacy.
No wonder, because his name is often associated with the negative activity, not many tourists from outside the city who want to visit Selingkuh Beach.
